Equipment designed to be mounted on the wall. It has two mounting options, so you can use it as a chin-up bar or dip rail. Many possibilities for professional training of the back and shoulder muscles thanks to five different grips. By rotating the equipment, the handrail enables thorough training of the abdominal, shoulder and chest muscles.

FIRST - PULLS

Every trainer knows there are no specific backs without pull-ups. A narrow grip will additionally strengthen the upper parts of the chest and shoulders, and a wide grip will allow you to focus on your back. Just twist the knob and slide out the handle - attach it however you want!

SECONDLY - DIPS

This is definitely one of our favorite exercises. It will allow you to develop your triceps, which you will show off to your friends (and not only) - surely respect! On our handrail, a slight change in the direction of the handle is enough (again, only turning the knob is required) and you can start training.

POTENTIAL? THIS IS FOR THE CABINET.

One of the main points when designing our bar was easy to store. We succeeded one hundred percent. Again, a few turns of the knob are enough to fold the arms of the equipment and be able to store it where it will not disturb anyone. When folded, it will take about 19 cm in height.

DON'T FORGET ABOUT THE ABDOMEN

What is a dream figure without well-developed and visible abdominal muscles ... At K-SPORT, we are aware of this, which is why the railing is equipped with special armrests and a backrest. You can adjust the length of the handles to the length of your arms for comfortable training.

MOUNTING

The hooks to the wall are attached to a total of four expansion bolts. Their size and appearance will allow them to be installed even in the living room, as they are inconspicuous. They protrude only 2.5 cm from the wall, so you can easily hide them with a photo frame or any wall decoration. The set includes two hooks, but you can easily add two more to the basket. Exercising on one pair of hooks means that the height of the equipment must be selected so that it can be used to exercise the abdomen and pull-ups. By investing in two pairs, we can adjust the height to our specific requirements.
