Its design introduces completely new possibilities to strength training. This is mainly due to the combination of the sliding mechanism with the bar and the safety system.

With the use of an overhead crane, it is possible to perform exercises for both the lower and upper muscles, as the equipment is also suitable for training with a bench. Classic squats, lunges, bench presses and much more, but that's not all for the X3. The device has additionally mounted supports for push-ups and a special leg holder, which will allow you to bend while lying down. This solution will allow you to take into account the abdominal and chest muscles in the training, while putting a load on your own body.
