Spinning heads intended for rigging all kinds of soft lures, in combination with an offset hook, reins or a system with the so-called corkscrew. They consist of a lead, round weight and a steel wire embedded in it, bent at an appropriate angle. The wire is formed on one side in the shape of an eyelet, which is fastened to the leader, and on the other side, in the shape of a safety pin, allowing for quick replacement of the bait. We gave up the popular (known from the cheburashka method), removable wire, due to its low level of safety when hauling a large, resisting fish. We offer all sizes of weights with two types of safety pins, the 599 series (safety pin with a bend) is designed for smaller or more delicate wire hooks, and the 598 series (rounded safety pin) for larger hooks and models with a larger diameter of the wire used.
Thanks to the movable connection of the head with the offset hook, the bait obtains a more natural movement, better provoking an attack of a predator, especially in the last, decisive moment. It can work in any plane, not only in the line of the hook, as in a classic jig head. In the last phase of the fall, when the weight touches the bottom, the rubber falls to the bottom more slowly, thanks to the loosely placed hook on the head pin. The second advantage of such reinforcement is the fact that the hook is permanently installed in the rubber and only the load is changed. In this way, we avoid damage to the soft bait, which occurs when the hook of the jig head is pulled out.
